REPUBLIC ACT No. 1046

An Act Creating the Barrio of Concepcion in the Municipality of Saug, Province of Davao

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

The sitio of Concepcion in the municipality of Saug, Province of Davao, is hereby constituted into a barrio of the said municipality to be known as the barrio of Concepcion.

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
