Begun and held in Metro Manila, on Monday, the twenty-third day of July, two thousand twelve.
REPUBLIC ACT No. 10415
AN ACT CONVERTING N. ROXAS STREET IN BARANGAYS KALUMPANG AND SAN ROQUE IN THE CITY OF MARIKINA INTO A NATIONAL ROAD AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
N. Roxas Street in Barangays Kalumpang and San Roque in the City of Marikina is hereby converted into a national road.
Section 2
The Secretary of Public Works and Highways shall include in the Departments program the improvement, repair and maintenance of the said road, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on March 5, 2012 and December 18, 2012, respectively.
