Begun and held in Metro Manila, on Monday, the twenty-three day of July, two thousand twelve.
[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10306, November 15, 2012 ]
AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN INTEGRATED SCHOOL IN BARANGAY BOGA, BACON DISTRICT, CITY OF SORSOGON, PROVINCE OF SORSOGON TO BE KNOWN AS BOGA INTEGRATED SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
There is hereby established an integrated school at Barangay Boga, Bacon District, City of Sorsogon, Province of Sorsogon to be known as Boga Integrated School.
Section 2
The Department of Education shall issue the necessary rules and regulations as may be necessary to implement this Act.
Section 3
The Secretary of Education shall immediately include in the Departments program the operationalization of the Boga Integrated School, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 4
This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on May 23, 2011 and August 28, 2012, respectively.
