REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10223
AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN BARANGAY LINAMPONGAN, MUNICIPALITY OF PONTEVEDRA, PROVINCE OF CAPIZ TO BE KNOWN AS CONGRESSMAN DINGGOY ARANETA ROXAS MEMORIAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. Establishment of an Elementary School
It is hereby established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, an elementary school in Barangay Linampongan, Municipality of Pontevedra, Province of Capiz to be known as Congressman Dinggoy Araneta Roxas Memorial Elementary School.
Section 2. Appropriations
The Secretary of Education shall immediately include in the Departments program the operationalization of the Congressman Dinggoy Araneta Roxas Memorial Elementary School, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3. Implementation
The Secretary of Education shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
Section 4. Effectivity
This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on June 6, 2011 and July 24, 2012, respectively.
