Begun and held in Metro Manila, on Monday, the twenty-seventh day of July, two thousand nine.
REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10140
AN ACT CONVERTING THE BACOLOD - MADALUM INTO A NATIONAL ROAD
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representative of the Philippines in Congress assembled
Section 1
The road which starts from the Iligan Aurora National Highway at Bacolod and traverses Munai in the Province of Lanao del Norte and Marawi - Cotabato National Highway at Madalum in the Province of Lanao del Sur is hereby converted into a national road.
Section 2
The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
