REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10105

AN ACT CONVERTING THE CORRALES EXTENSION ST. TO PORT ROAD (MACABALAN), CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY INTO A NATIONAL ROAD

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The Corrales Extension St

to Port Road (Macabalan), Cagayan de Oro City is hereby converted into a national road.

Section 2

The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.

Section 3

This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
