Begun and held in Metro Manila, on Monday, the twenty-seventh day of July, two thousand nine.
REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10101
AN ACT CONVERTING THE UMUS MATAHA - TANDUAN - BOKI-PAWAN - LUPA-PULA PROVINCIAL ROAD IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MAPUN, PROVINCE OF TAWI-TAWI INTO A NATIONAL ROAD
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The Umus Mataha - Tanduan - Boki-Pawan - Lupa-Pula Provincial Road in the Municipality of Mapun, Province of Tawi-Tawi is hereby converted into a national road.
Section 2
The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
