REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10100

AN ACT CONVERTING THE DUMAGUETE CITY - VALENCIA - BACONG PROVINCIAL ROAD IN THE PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL INTO A NATIONAL ROAD

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

The Dumaguete City - Valencia - Bacong Provincial Road in the Province of Negros Oriental is hereby converted into a national road.

Section 2

The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.

Section 3

This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
