Begun and held in Metro Manila, on Monday, the twenty-seventh day of July, two thousand nine.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10099

AN ACT CONVERTING THE NEW LUCENA - STA. BARBARA PROVINCIAL ROAD IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF NEW LUCENA AND STA. BARBARA, PROVINCE OF ILOILO INTO A NATIONAL ROAD

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The New Lucena - Sta

Barbara Provincial Road in the municipalities of New Lucena and Sta. Barbara, Province of Iloilo is hereby converted into a national road.

Section 2

The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.

Section 3

This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
