REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10079

AN ACT CONVERTING GIL FERNANDO AVENUE IN BARANGAYS STO. NIñO AND SAN ROQUE, CITY OF MARIKINA INTO A NATIONAL ROAD

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The Gil Fernando Avenue in barangays Sto

Niño and San Roque, City of Marikina is hereby converted into a national road.

Section 2

The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.

Section 3

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
