Begun and held in Metro Manila, on Monday, the twenty-seventh day of July, two thousand nine.
REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10053
AN ACT RENAMING THE BINAKAYAN DIVERSION ROAD IN KAWIT, PROVINCE OF CAVITE AS THE LABANAN SA BINAKAYAN ROAD
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The Binakayan Diversion Road in Kawit, Province of Cavite shall hereinafter be known as The Labanan sa Binakayan Road.
Section 2
The Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on January 20, 2010 and May 25, 2009, respectively.
