REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10051
AN ACT NAMING THE NEWLY CONSTRUCTED BRIDGE IN BUTUAN CITY AS PRES. DIOSDADO P. MACAPAGAL BRIDGE
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. The newly constructed bridge in Butuan City is hereby named as Pres
Diosdado P. Macapagal Bridge.
Section 2
The Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on January 20, 2010 and May 25, 2009, respectively.
