REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10041
AN ACT CONVERTING THE LEGANES - STA. BARBARA PROVINCIAL ROAD TRAVERSING THE MUNICIPALITIES OF LEGANES AND STA. BARBARA, PROVINCE OF ILOILO INTO A NATIONAL ROAD
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. The Leganes - Sta
Barbara Provincial Road traversing the municipalities of Leganes and Sta. Barbara, Province of Iloilo is hereby converted into a national road.
Section 2
The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
