Fourteenth Congress Third Regular Session
Begun and held in Metro Manila, on Monday, the twenty-seventh day of July, two thousand nine.
REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10030
AN ACT CONVERTING THE BAKONG - TUBIG INDANGAN - TONGGUSONG - TAMPAKAN PROVINCIAL ROAD IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SIMUNUL, PROVINCE OF TAWI-TAWI INTO A NATIONAL ROAD
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The Bakong - Tubig Indangan - Tonggusong - Tampakan Provincial Road in the Municipality of Simunul, Province of Tawi-Tawi is hereby converted into a national road.
Section 2
The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on September 1, 2008 and December 1, 2009, respectively.
