Begun and held in Metro Manila, on Monday, the twenty-seventh day of July, two thousand nine.
REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10016
AN ACT CONVERTING THE PROVINCIAL ROAD WHICH STARTS FROM SINDANGAN IN ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE AND TRAVERSES BAYOG TO POBLACION, LAKEWOOD IN ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR INTO A NATIONAL ROAD
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The provincial road which starts from Sindangan in Zamboanga del Norte and traverses Bayog to Poblacion, Lake wood in Zamboanga del Sur is hereby converted into a national road.
Section 2
The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on September 1, 2008 and November 10, 2009, respectively.
