Begun and held in Metro Manila, on Monday, the twenty-seventh day of July, two thousand nine.
REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10011
AN ACT CONVERTING THE BACON - SAWANGA - PRIETO DIAZ ROAD IN THE CITY OF SORSOGON AND THE MUNICIPALITY OF PRIETO DIAZ, PROVINCE OF SORSOGON INTO A NATIONAL ROAD
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The Bacon - Sawanga - Prieto Diaz Road in the City of Sorsogon and the Municipahty of Prieto Diaz, Province of Sorsogon is hereby converted into a national road.
Section 2
The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on August 12, 2008 and December 1, 2009, respectively.
