How to Get the Hedcut Effect in Photoshop
Looking for my Hedcut Photoshop tutorial? Somehow that post got clobbered in the search engine results. Well, I'm writing this to take my rightful place in the serps! I really had fun creating this tutorial. Hope you learn something from it!

Easy way to achieve similar effect is by using the paint bucket tool(switch to pattern > select dotted) + change blend mode. voila!
