Hmmm,
Missing something here….
I activated the plugin but it is not being displayed.
Don’t I need to add a line of code somewhere to insert the fetch statement?

@bobc: Nope, you don’t have to do anything. Check your blog again, click on an article, I can see the links displayed below your post.

Yup, I see them now. I am using the “more” function. The links display at the end of the post after I click on “more”.
thanks.

For those who wonder, you can get the submission links to appear on the “main” page of your blog instead of just on the single-entry pages by removing or commenting out this line:
if (is_single())
in the main function call. Remember that you have to deactivate and then re-activate the plugin to pick up the change after you upload the modified code if you already have it installed.
I much prefer it on the main page as well as on the single-entry pages because the vast majority of my visitors read the main page and only hit single entries when they are linked from somewhere else. YMMV.
BIG thanks to Andrew for putting this together in the first place.

Awesome plugin. You all might be interested in one I made which takes your UTW tags and adds a bookmark to your del.icio.us account. The page is here: http://www.brianmcquay.com/delicious-tagger/
